Project Cancellation & Refund Policy for Web, App, and Digital Marketing Services

At WEBOOKWEB, we strive to deliver high-quality web, app, and digital marketing solutions. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a flexible but fair cancellation and refund policy for service-based projects.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of placing the order or signing the project agreement.
• Exceptions:
  • The project has already moved into the development phase.
  • Resources have been allocated and work has commenced.
  • Third-party services or tools have already been purchased or committed on your behalf.
• Non-Cancellable Services: Once a phase of a project (e.g., research, design, development) has started and deliverables are in progress, that portion is non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if:
  • A cancellation request is made within 7 days.
  • The project work has not significantly progressed.
  • WEBOOKWEB is unable to deliver the project due to internal limitations.
• Partial Refunds: If part of the work has been completed (e.g., discovery, initial designs), a partial refund may be granted based on the work done and time invested.
• No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
  • Change of mind after development has started.
  • Delays caused by client’s non-responsiveness or unavailability.
  • Completion of project phases already approved by the client.

3. Quality & Satisfaction Issues

If you’re not satisfied with the service quality or feel the outcome does not match the scope agreed upon:

• Notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.
• We will review the project and offer a reasonable resolution (revision, adjustment, or in rare cases, partial refund).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
